Google photos?

Last week Google Photos was prompting me to do an update which I did, problem is now it doesn’t know where to delete pictures.

When I pick a picture and hit delete>move to trash

I get, "Give Google photos access to…" and I allow, then I get the screen I’ve attached. I’ve been using the app for years and it’s never got this before?

Google (which I avoid like a plague) constantly and especially recently has been changing access ability for apps.

When you see that screen, select the location (folder) that the photos are already located in.

Hoefully this selection will be remembered for the next time, but there are apps that (now) require access to be granted each time.

It is a royal pain in the rear.

Thanks for the reply, not a big fan of Google either, do you know of another photo manager that I could try?
