Ive emailed google countless times on why they don't have an option to delete apps from your account. My account if so cluttered it's ridiculous, i can't imagine other peoples that download a lot.

Is there anyway that someone has maybe found to delete apps from your account? I doubt it but figured it was worth asking.

Every email i get back from them doesn't even pertain to the question i asked. Guess that they don't actually read them.

Your market account has every app you've ever downloaded.

I've wandered about that myself a few times. The only thing I can think of you want to go in & reinstall it . I've done that a few times. Got tired of one, got rid of it & wanted it back again.

Sure, but that's why there's a search button. If I uninstall it and want it back n the future, Im not that lazy to where I can type out what I want.

Its annoying because when you actually NEED to find something, you have to sift through page after page of garbage until you find it.

I think it should only hold paid apps and maybe "favorites"

Yeah a purchased app tab, installed app tab, and another tab with everything you've ever installed with sorting options like a-z, by date last installed, and category. And stay at the spot you were at before after clicking on an app to read about it.

I encourage EVERYONE to email them about it. At some point they will have to get tired of all the emails and change the way they handle this. I know A LOT of people hate how it is set up so every email counts. :D Multiples are better ;)

    Hey guys,

I've moved this thread from the all-things-root area to the main Esteem area where you'll likely get more folks letting Google know about this issue.

I don't have quite the number of apps that the OP does, but you are absolutely right, there really should be a way to tag or filter apps for display in your Market app.

    Cheers!

I forget sometimes there's a "regular non rooted" part when posting. :D

Yeah its surprising that google hasn't changed this and made it an option to delete. It's not that hard to search for something if you ever want an app again.
