Is there a way to download apps via google play WITHOUT using wifi?

I'm using ATT's Galaxy S5 Active.

You can use either WiFi or your mobile data (3G/4G) to download apps, and also to update them. If you don't want to use WiFi make sure your data is turned on so you'll use 3G/4G/LTE.

Here is how to change the Play Store settings for how apps are updated:
1. Open the Play Store.
2. In the top left corner tap the menu icon.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Auto Update Apps.
5. Tap the option you want.
