I have unlimited Google Play music, so I can just add songs to my library without having to purchase them. Then I press the download button. It says it has downloaded. When I go offline, I can listen to the songs, but after I listen to them, I can't listen again. They say that the song cannot be played without internet connection. When I go back online, it automatically downloads the songs again. I'm not sure what is going on, please help!

I believe the All Access option allows unlimited streaming, but you can still only download i.e. copy for offline use those tracks that you've either uploaded or purchased.

If I were you I would simply download a third party music player app..like Neutron..it is awesome..then all you have to do is add your music in to your phone, the app will play it, let me know.
