google play store error

hello,

i just got an galaxy tab 2 for christmas, and i wanted to download apps. i started it up and i got an error saying "error retrieving information from server. [DF-DFERH-01]"
I tried reseting, making another account and clearing the data from the app. i looked it up on different forums but i did not find a solution, i tried using getjar but it goes to the playstore when I try and download something, and samsung app store sucks since it has barely apps.
