I have a Nexus 4 running Android 4.3 with over 100 apps installed.

I used to be able to search for apps installed on my phone simply by typing the app name into the Google search bar and it would appear below the autocomplete search suggestions.

Since just over a week or so ago this has stopped working. No app results are shown. This seems to have coincided with the 4.3 update but I'm not convinced it's related.

I did get it working again once by clearing the data from the Google Search app and stopping the service but his hasn't worked since.

The phone search options are set to include apps in the results (I've tried deselecting and reselecting this option to no avail).

Anyone seen this behaviour before and know the solution?
Do I have too many apps installed for the search to cope with?

    Help!

This now seems to work again following a system update to 4.3 (build number JWR66Y) and using Google Search version 2.7.9.789724.arm
