Help Google sky not working on A500.

I use Google Sky on my Galaxy S and find it quite a lot of fun but it is not working on my A500. Has anyone tried it on the A500 and had it working properly?

When the sun is going down and you can see it on the western horizon the Google Sky is showing it just about to come up. All the settings appear to be just fine.

i have a lot of trouble with google sky too. And also with the compass in general.. seems to be releated. With google sky, i can turn a complete circle and the south pole goes with me. It has worked a time or two, but mostly i'm stuck looking at one part of the sky regardless of how i hold it.

My compass is working fine with the GPS tools I have tried.

Just installed an OTA system update and it looks like mine is now working, at least the sun is in the right place, have to have a closer look tonight though.

Man that OTA is doing wonders for your Acer. No update on mine as of yet.

An hour or two later still all good, still have fingers crossed that it keeps working as it should though.
