    Hi all

I was checking what was eating my battery the most earlier and noticed that calendar was the biggest drain based on partial wake usage.

Can I set the interval that the calendar updates?

I would like it to be automatic...just a.little less often.

Is it possible that the gmail app also controls frequency for the cal? Something that popped into my head just now.

    Thanks

    **Edit**
Tried inside the Gmail app, nothing there for frequency

Gmail syncs mail.when needed. It pushes mail to.you rather than work at an interval so there's nothing there.

I've not seen any way to change the frequency of calendar or contacts either

I figured gmail was push - I just removed my calendar widget just in case that was causing the excessive use issues...maybe it will help, although I would much rather have the widget running.

    Cheers
