Help google talk authentication

I have a disaster with LG Optimus LS670, Android 2.3.3.
Phone was active and worked fine. I got new one and I gave the above one to my child who used it only on Wi-Fi (disconnected from Sprint).
However, child was messing up my calendar and my profile plus it appeared to be full and did not allowed to load any more apps. So we decided to do factory reset and set it with child's profile...
Now it is total disaster.. I already spent 2 hours to do everything possible (reset, clearing data , cashe, changing from Hangout to Chat in Gmail on the computer) , following different forums and youtube instructions, nothing help.
Basically now Phone gets allerts that "Google Talk authentication failed" every 3-5 minutes.
Google App store does not allow to download anything since Google account is not verified etc.
However Google Mail works perfectly fine.
So now this phone can be used only to check e-mails...No apps.
Please help.
