I am trying to set up live messaging on my asus transformer and have been unable to do so. I have tried Skype, Beejive, IM, etc. with no luck. I have been old that google chat or google chat. I have downloaded google talk and video chat plug in but I am not surehow to connect from here!!!!!!!!!

To answer your question, Google talk/chat is built into all Google experience devices. It is generally called "talk" and lives in the app drawer.

I would look at Google messenger, that seems to have taken the place of google talk.
