Google Voice is force closing

Google voice has just started force closing on my phone when I open it. It was working fine 2 days ago. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing several times to no avail. Anybody else having this problem?

Droid Incredible, rooted, running latest MIUI Rom

How do you clear the data?

I have cleared the data and the cache. Still force closing. Checked all the google voice settings and they appear to be ok. Force closing as soon as I open it and continually pops up force closing. Please help. Do I need to go into the file system and delete something to completely wipe google voice and reinstall it?
