Help Google Voice Not Allowing Voicemail Messages

Within the last several days, when someone calls my line (T-Bolt) or my wife's (DInc) Google Voice prompts the caller to hit "#" and enter the number they wish to dial instead of the usual prompt to leave a message for the "Google Voice subscriber".

I've tried logging out of Google Voice and went back through the Google Voice voicemail setup through Settings, but that didn't help. Just for the heck of it I stopped the Google Voice app, cleared the cache and data and restarted. I haven't tried uninstalling the app since it seems to be a service issue, not app related.

Any suggestions before I call VZW CS and have them tell me they can't help me with a third-party app?

Thanks.

I think it is your account, not the app or the phones.
