I wanted to setup Google Voice on my phone to use it for my voicemail app and so I could use it for free Visual Voicemail.

Unfortuantely, the shortcut to get to the GoogleVoice app doesn't appear under Programs, Widgets, or Shortcuts. The only one showing up is "Toggle Google Voice". I can open the app if I go into the Android store and click Open from there, but come on. That's ridiculous. I know it should have a shortcut, but have no idea why it's not appear on my phone. Can anyone help me out? I've tried powering down/up and uninstalling/reinstalling already.

Yes, I downloaded it from the market as well. that's not the problem. It's that once installed, the shortcuts don't appear.

No biggie. My wife complains because she has to hit "Voice" to check her texts.
