Is there any apps that allow you to use google wave on your hero?

Don't think so yet, have you tried browsing to the wave site from the phone? I know its beta so google may not have factored in any mobile capability yet, but you never know.

There are no Google Wave apps yet that I've heard of, but I'm sure someone will knock one up soon enough.

if you look on this video from the google wave site, at 25min 34sec, it shows google wave used on an iphone and htc magic.

on the android it shows the address of wave.google.com

I've had an invite from Google wave.
However trying to access it from the phone gives me cannot download message.

Ok, google wave works for me on my Hero using Steel browser.

I know you cannot accept an invite via the web however, but once you've done that, signing in using mobile looks pretty cool!

Google Wave is googles new idea, its tagline is this is what email would be if it was invented today. Its basically the opposite of email. An email is sent out to one or many recipients, where as one or many recipients are sent to a wave.
