Help Got it!!!

Ok...got my Incredible today...so far I love it. But...I am having a problem and have some questions. Hopefully I can get help for this great group of people here...LOL.


1: I keep getting a pop-up that says "SORRY!! The process com.htc.bg has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again later" and it has a button that says "Force close" and that button is the only option.

2: My LG ENV Touch had ICE contacts......does the Incredible have this and how do you set it up?

3: when I click on the "people" tab then go to "Online Directories" then click on "Facebook" it says I have no friends.

4: is it possible to put pictures in the contact details so when a certain person calls it shows the picture.

That's all I can think of for now...I'm sure there will be more...LOL.

Oh...also can you link my contact list to my Facebook friends list? And is there any benefit to downloading Facebook for Andriod in addition to having Facebook for HTC Sense?

2. There actually is an app for that search "ICE" in the market

3. Haven't done that but I wonder if it might be because they have no contact info in facebook

4. Yes in your contact list when you edit their info long touch the spot at the top where it looks like a picture might go

hahaha "I have no friends" Thanks that really gave me a laugh! I really don't do the facebook thing, that just hit me as funny. Please take no offense, none was meant.

Why don't you just enjoy and play with it for a bit?
That's what I did , then look at the forum threads that interest you.
As far as adding pics to contacts try open contact ,edit then tap top left cam icon. There could be other ways but it seems that is the way I did it.

The Dinc does support back up assistant from vzw.

When I go to the Friendstream app and open it...then go to menu...then friends...then Facebook it says I don't have any friends....LOL.

you did sign in to Facebook correct? Have you set it to sync with your existing contacts?
