Got update last night, now phone is DEAD

Last night the phone shut it self off and started the download and then i got this new samsung behold II screen and the phone is stuck. won't shut off, won't fully start. called t-mobile today, they are sending me a new phone. Have only had it for a couple months, so i'm pretty upset about this, because they can't guarantee that it will be a new phone, so i will be paying for a refurb.

anyone else having the same issue?? If not, just a warning to you if you do get it, it may kill the phone.
and no rooting done on this phone, it's all stock.

Just ODIN back to stock and your phone will be working again!
Figured I should include my instructions:

1. Open up Odin Multi Download
2. Under Select OPS, choose Behold2_partition.ops
3. Click PDA, choose T939UVIJ6-PDA-CL81521-REV1.tar.md5
4. Power Off Phone
5. Make sure you have it connected via USB
6. Hold and Press Volume Down, OK, Power (the red end button)
7. Phone will say Download Mode
8. Click Start on Odin Multi Downloader.
9. Wait a couple of minutes
10. Stock Touchwiz phone working again!

I'll give that whirl...if i get a new one, i'm keeping it. if not and it's a refurb, i'm gonna send them the refurb right back.

if this does start, can i use Odin to get the galaxy that everyone is talking about? or do i have to do all that coding?

You can just ODIN back to stock and then choose one of the following two options:
1. http://androidforums.com/samsung-behold-2/47959-port-behold-2-stock-no-twiz-w-root-busybox.html
2. http://androidforums.com/samsung-behold-2/46614-port-galaxy-behold-2-123-install-done-right.html

Option 1 = camera and vibrate working properly.
Option 2 = no vibrate, camera works but uses stock android camera which doesn't have the best program for taking pictures.

Not much code so its simple.

I think you should use the Behold stock no Twiz, because it has vibrate/camera working
