Got update

So last night I got the update on my Eris, and it was smooth. Until it was over, and my phone was on the lock screen. It said I didn't have any service, and it wouldn't let me open the phone application. Basically, any application on the phone factory installed, wouldn't let me use it. So, I had to do a factory reset on it. Didn't make me a happy camper on the 2nd day of owning my Eris, but I kn ow it's not really the phones fault, and I still love it. <3
