GPS - Excuse My Ignorance...

    Will enabling GPS use up the data limit on Orange (usually 500mb)?

    I'm a bit confused really... I'd like to install InstaMapper - it reports back to its website every couple of seconds when GPRS is enabled.

    I guess my question is will GPS itself use up the data limit, or is it the app itself sending the info back?

    GPS itself won't, as it's satellite-based. The app sending data will however.

    You can configure instamapper to be pretty frugal with data, or set it up so that it eats bandwidth like crazy. Some useful info here:
