GPS feature

I have a HTC Evo 4G. I am looking for a GPS feature that would allow me to simply press one button, and it will take my location and send it to a GPS platform on another phone. My goal is that if I am at a certain location, and don't know the address, I can just have someone come right to me without having to give any type of directions. Does such a feature exist?

I know of a few apps that have similar functionality. The 2 that come to mind right away are "Glympse" and "Guard My Angel". Maybe one of those have the functionality you are looking for.
