Looks interesting. Reading the whole thread it would seem to be again a partial fix though, which is frustrating, apparantly samsung is having a rather hard time fixing the gps. Which makes me wonder, if its just a software thing, how hard can it be? Handsets from all priceranges have included GPS since many years, and its not usually one of the buggy parts. So still I wonder if its not a hardware problem, even moreso with all the fixes that help somewhat but it never leads to the accuracy you should be able to expect from a high-end device like this. Which makes me wonder if the data generated by the hardware is maybe just of quality too low to be able to reliably calculate a result with error correction algorithms. I hope not, but I'm not purchasing before I see results that are proper instead of 'usable, but barely'. Also the compass, how hard can it be if the hardware works properly?
