GPS Naration app

I am looking for an App that would let me recored a naration and have narrations set off via GPS. I want to use this on a train to automate the narration, so for instance when we are aproching a land mark the GPS will trigger the narration related to said landmark. Any one know of any App that can do something like this?

Great idea for Everytrail. Everytail allows you to take notes on a location (waypoints) during a track. Would be great if that was automatic or voice activated.

This is a very cool idea. I think that you could build a rough prototype using Tasker. See:

I'll second Tasker. I use it to do several things based on GPS location.
