Help gps on my slide

when i click settings, location settings for my gps then check mark the (use wireless networks) and (use gps satellites) it will ask you to verify some kind of location consent. once i click agree it will say "Sorry the process system has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again later." then on the bottom it says Force Close. Then It keeps going back and forth to home screen then showing the force close again. Also, already updated the maps apps still doing it. Its annoying coz it keeps saying force close.

uyou might have to do a master reset since your having a hardware-software communication problem.

If that doesn't work then exchange the phone.
