    Hi,
I'm new to the moment, just coming off the blackberry curve. One feature I liked about the blackberry was the ability to set up a group text, such as "family" and send a text to the entire family.

Is there an app or another way to set this up for the Samsung Moment phone?

If there is, a step by step process would be great.

My wife figured this out quick too. I told her to try Handcent, a messenging app from the market, and it does it just fine. My Hero's stock messenger does do group texts but after I saw her using Handcent, I switched to it too.

I don't believe in group text. I think texting should be between two people and two people only. Too much emotional baggage involved when there's more thrown into the mix. ;o)

    Another +1 for Handcent

Well some have groups set already in there Gmail accounts but if u don't, check out Contact GroupsU or aContacts which is much better than the regular default contact app...
