Help GRRRR Freezing/Crashing

Hi guys , My phone has decided in the past 24 hours for everything and i mean everything including android.phone to crash and not work at all tried fac reset any ideas?

Try a long press on the power button, it simulates a battery pull.
it may sort your troubles out.

Have you installed any new apps in the last 24 hours, it could be one of them causing the problem.

Have any apps updated in the last 24 hours, it could be a faulty update to an app.
I have had that on my old desire an app updated & it caused a problem.

ive factory reset my phone , not installed anything on there since cause i thought that was the problem ?
