Help GS3 water damage issues

Hey gang, so I went rafting on the 4th and my phone went swimming. So now it's Monday and after a weekend in a bag of rice, it's back... Sorta.

When I put the battery in, the camera flash goes off for a brief second. It's done this a few times. Any ideas what that might be a sign of?

It also seems to randomly drop signal, and pick it up again. Any ideas there?

The speaker is blown, but I guess that's cheap and easy to fix.

What it most likely indicates is that the rice didn't completely dry out your phone and now, you have circuit damage. Yo will most probably have to get a replacement phone.
