Okay, so I found a really easy way to DeSense (as in, run stock launcher) your Wildfire S. I have tested this on my rooted VM device (running SSROM-Classic) and it worked beautifully for me. I did not create this method, but i did create this guide. Also, i am not sure if it will work or not on GSM devices. please report back to me if you try to use it for your GSM device.

    Now, for the process.
    1. Download the HTC Super Tool v2 and HTC drivers here.
    2. plug in your ROOTED device to the computer and make sure USB debugging is enabled.
    3. Open archive viewer (if youre using 7zip) and extract run.bat anywhere.
    4. run run.bat
    5. wait for window with options to pop up, and type in the number six, hit the back arrow key, and then hit enter.
    6. let it do it's job until you see "Done"
    7. Reboot and enjoy.

Also, this is COMPLETELY reversible! to get Sense back, hit the number on the options screen that says something like "ReSense"

I hope you found this helpful and I'll post screenies later.

EDIT: As to what this actually does, it removes HTC Sense and all HTC Sense widgets and replaces them with stock, so I'm guessing that it should free up a little bit of space at least...

EDIT2: It does keep the Sense lockscreen and status bar, etc, so it's kind of like launcher but instead of running beside Sense, it replaces it.

and a special thanks to frigid for creating the tool!

Would also be good if you gave credit to frigid at xda developers in your post since he actually coded the tool. I'm sure he would appreciate that. ;)
