How to fix a bad Odin push without samsung kies

List of things needed for this magic lol:
    Odin3 3.04
    E4GTAuto-lite-sfx.exe
    SPH-D710VMUB FJ22 Rooted Restore.Tar

Pull the battery out & then put it back in & boot into Odin Mode (download mode) volume down & power at the same time until it boots into Odin mode, then plug the USB from your PC into the phone. Odin will indicate that it's reading the phone by showing the com port it's on. Open Odin 3 3.04 & select Bootloader & browse to where you've downloaded the SPH-D710VMUB FJ22 Rooted Restore.Tar file & select it, then press start, Odin will install several things & it will take a few minutes to finish. Once odin has finished unplug the USB cable from the phone & pull the battery & normal power the phone on. Plug the USB cable back into the phone & select the EG4TAuto-lite-sfx.exe file, a command prompt will appear with a list of options, choose D first then E, it will install various things, WAIT for it to finish, all the needed goodies will be put back so you can get into custom recovery. Once it's finished pull the battery & Replace then power back up.

IMPORTANT INFO: If you must perform a full restore from a Rooted Restore you will find you no longer have custom recovery '' IT WILL BE STOCK RECOVERY '' the EG4TAuto-lite-sfx.exe will fix this for you as well.
