No. You should re-install the kernel package you used to root, which will reintstall ClockworkMod Recovery. Rom Manager breaks CWM and you will not be able to boot into recovery to flash custom firmware. For example, if you flashed the Siyah kernel with Odin to root your SGS2, then you should install it again the same way you did it the first time.
I do not remember which was the kernel that I flashed, Do you think it will be a problem if I flash another kernel?
