How do I get the H96 Max X3 to power off my TV when I turn off the box?

There does not seem to be a CEC HDMI setting under Droid Settings or in any other menu

Likely because it doesn't support CEC, I don't think any of these cheap Android boxes do. I got a T95 box and that doesn't have CEC. But I remote control it with the IR blaster in my Huawei phone, and that can remote control the TV as well, including OFF and ON.
