Why have I had to reboot my google nexus 7 table twice in 3 months. When I turn it on the word google appears then it goes to the X, where it basically gets stuck.

I reboot my phone every morning. (I have no need to hear the "email arrived" sound at 3 AM, so the phone gets turned off at night. Turning it on the next morning is called rebooting.)

Now, what is it you had to do twice in 3 months? Turn it off, then turn it on? If it's still under warranty, contact them and ask where to bring or send it for a repair. It's either hanging, bootlooping or doing something else tablets aren't supposed to do. And if it's under warranty, that's their problem, not yours.

If enough people insisted on warranty repairs, the companies would learn that they make more money spending the money to make it right the first time. (It costs more to fix a tablet than it cost to make it.)
