Handcent and contact pics

I just downloaded handcent and I like it but it only shows a few of my contact pics in the list of threads. The stock app showed them all. It will show the ones that are linked with Facebook but I cannot figure out how to get the others in. Any ideas. I have gone through all the possible settings.

I'm having this same problem.

Well, i opted to not have mine sync with fb so those arent there, but the pics i've assigned myself to a contact dont show up either.
none do.

help/advice?
