I have a Samsung Nexus S phone, running the current version of Jellybean, with the Handcent SMS app and Group SMS add-on installed.
I have trolled through every conceivable setting, and the Handcent website, and cannot solve this. Messages to them have thus far not been answered.
About once a month I need to send a text message to a group of 44 people.
No matter what I have done, the app issues a pop-up before every message saying that I am attempting to send a large group of messages, and asking me to allow it to proceed.
If it presented this pop-up once I would have no complaint, but it comes up over and over, until each message has been individually allowed to send.
Am I missing something? Or is it just a crap bit of software?
