I use a hands free Bluetooth speaker while driving in my truck. Since I have had my Vivid I have not been able to get the volume to increase. I have used the rocker on the handset and on the speaker itself to no avail. It stays at the same volume whether I go up or down. I tried another speaker I have and it's the same thing. I also tried my Samsung Bluetooth earpiece and it also does the same thing. What could be going on. I only use hands free to talk on phone calls when I need to. Any suggestions? Do I have a bad handset? This is my only issue with the Vivid, other than that I love it.

I've had that issue with other phones, but so far the Vivid has been great.
By the way my EVO 4G never worked in my car. Sometimes you can contact the car manufacture to see if there is a software update for the BT.

    Good Luck

The Bluetooth is not built into the car. These are aftermarket that clip to your visor. Thanks though.
