handsent problems

I have read and tried but it still is not working. I have handsent and love it hands down because i have verizon and very often send 160+ texts. I un installed it cause I cant get the phone to stop sending me 2 notices 1 from handsent and one from default. i have clicked off the notice for the default but still get it.

What am I doing wrong, I need the 160+ feature but can't stand getting double texts all the time?

What handset do you have so I can move it to the appropriate forum? It could be some sort of issue on the phones default sms so I feel you'll probably get a better response in the phone specific forum
