Help Hard to explain, if you have Android 4.1 or a DNA, please look

You know when you use an application and sometime it'll ask what you want to "open" or "use" it with. Then it has 2 options "Always" or "Only Once". Well I need to get that to pop up with my Android device whenever I use my bluetooth. I accidentally pressed "Always" when I meant to press "only Once" and now I can't use a certain application correctly.

Anyone know how to correct this ?

Application manager. Go to that application. Press it. Scroll down. Clear Default. (That clears the fact that you chose that app as the default.)
