Help Has anyone got VOIP to work on their intercept?

I know there is a bug with the samsung intercepts as well as some other phones where samsung deleted the kernal from the phone. Anyway I have tried to get every viop app to work and they all go though the back speaker. The only thing I have found for a fix for this when I googled was this thread below. Does anyone else know how to explain that thread for ******s like me. I don't know what they are talking about. But I'd like to get sipdoid working and not going through my back speaker.

On Stock Android 2.1 VM Samsung Intercept phone, Vonage for Facebook App works well. Sound goes to speaker. However, one could use headset with microphone for privacy.
