Has anyone had a 2.2 OTA update in the last few days?

I have the same problem. My phone is unbranded from Car phone Warehouse and I just keep getting the message that my phone is up to date. I can't find any info on the internet about a release schedule for unlocked phones - just info for branded phones.
Does anyone have any info?

I have the same problem.
On Tuesday night, the update was there, but I didn't have Wifi.

On Wednesday onwards, I kept getting, "Your System is up to date".
Called HTC on Thursday and they said, "change the date on your phone to 1 month ahead" which didn't work.

Eventually used this link Manually install the official Froyo build on HTC Desire | Geekword
to manually install.
Worked great. Now on 2.2
software number 2.09.405.8

Didn't lose any settings, but backed up the phone anyway, just in case.

This is on an unbranded phone from 3.

Only had it since this morning so cannot comment on battery etc.

I have ywo desires and the one of them has got the update but the second has not get the message to download 2.2 and then i check i'm up to date :-/

Also my Desire is simfree (unbranded, unlocked, never rooted) bought in EU and I get a message that my phone is up to date and there aren't any updates available. I have 2.1-update1.

I unlocked and then debranded my Desire and couldn't get any update so I manually updated as Marshduck did, so far so good, hope if they release an updated Froyo that I get the update for that.
