Hi my names Adam I'm in need of some help. I forgot my pattern password and I've tried everything to hard reset it. I've used google,youtube,etc. But nothing works I can't take out the battery because it says it could damage the phone. And I've already tried the power button and the turn up volume button but it turns in then restarts and keeps doing the same thing. Then I tried the bottom volume button then it takes me ftm mode. I have no idea what to do next can someone help me.
