I received my Incredible a couple days ago and am having not-so-great quality of my calls. I am a Blackberry convert and have been in the same area that I am using the Incredible.

Is anyone having similar issues? Do you have any remedies?

    Thanks much.

All I can recommend is trying *228 2 , though that should have been pulled when you activated the phone, so I doubt it'll help. ( but it doesn't hurt to try. )

    Update:
I did a *228, option 2 to ensure I have most available updates. I am going to give it a couple days and if it is problematic, then I am going to exchange this. I did have one good day today.

    Thanks for the replies.

Everyone sounds muffled to me, although everything comes through clear from me to other parties. On another note, I got a comment that Bluetooth performance had improved over my LG Dare significantly.

I just did *228, and my ERI and PRL versions were updated, so hopefully this helps.

I've had my Incredible for 3 days now. I love almost everything about it, but one of the things I don't love is the sound quality from the built-in speaker. It's not a big problem for me because I normally use a Bluetooth headset for phone calls, and that sounds fine. Right now I am using it to play music though my stereo earphones, and it sounds great.
