I was pretty disappointed to find that HBO Go doesn't work. I'm hoping they get it fixed soon.

This tends to happen whenever a new version of Android is released, a number of apps don't work as they're only listed as being compatible with certain Android versions. They do actually work fine, but don't recognise 4.3.

Hopefully you're not waiting too long for a fix.

Probably not until HBO adds the N7 2.0 (or I guess 4.3) to the list of approved devices/OS. Its mainly because they probably have to make sure it works with their DRM scheme and such. I'd give it another week or so.

Perfect example of Fragmentation. Something that has been a thorn in Android's side for a long long time. Too many diff devices running diff versions along with apps that only work with a combo of devices/versions. It's a mess.

Sideload the HBO GO 2.0.1 apk - you'll be good to go.
