Help HD and Wi-Fi Calling features NOT Accessible (unlocked phone)

UNLOCKED Motorola Stylus 5G phone, Can't access on/off for HD calling in settings and can't access Wi-Fi calling. What options to I have to get access to these features?? These features are available on a carrier locked version.

yeah but does your carrier offer it? most of the time it is up to the carrier to unlock that feature on your phone.

As I stated.. it is on the carrier locked version phone.. yes it is available with carrier (Verizon).. brand new phone..

Your particular unlocked phone may not be compatible with Verizon. Crazy? Yes, but I have the same problem on an unlocked phone that I switched from Cricket to Ting mobile.
In my case I'm just living with it....

then you need to talk to verizon....maybe your plan does not offer those features.

Try this, works on some phones:
Dial *#*#4636#*#* on the dialer app.
Tap on Phone Information
Enable VoLTE Provisioning

VoLTE support varies, even on different versions of the same phone as @Dannydet mentioned.

Did you just activate this phone? As far as I know Verizon wont activate a new phone unless it supports VoLTE.

VoLTE is switched on however here is a photo of options.. I'm limited. Yep brand new phone.. best buy purchase.. new SIM from there also..

Yep. I think your unlocked device is not totally unlocked, much like mine, whereas Ting mobile blames Cricket, and Cricket blames Ting... I noticed that there's only a few toggle buttons that you can turn on or off, also like mine. In my case I have no unconditional call forwarding. Every time I try a code it tells me network error or just doesn't call thru. Oh well
