cant seem to find hd calling since update on my s6
Isn't HD calling something that's automatic? Perhaps Samsung removed the option with the update, because really it's unnecessary. If the carrier network supports it and the call can be routed via HD wideband audio, then that's what it will do. My Oppo R7 Plus phone doesn't have a specific setting for it, but if I make a call and it's HD voice, I can certainly tell just by the audio quality in the call. I believe it's done by VoLTE(Voice over LTE), because GSM just wouldn't have enough bandwidth for HD calling.
This is what we're talking about...
Wideband audio, also known as HD voice, is high definition voice quality for telephony audio, contrasted with standard digital telephony "toll quality".
