Help HDD problem

I have a 2 TB Toshiba HDD reformatted to fat32 ,and am trying to use a otg and powered hub to read files on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 .When I connect the two via an otg and hub the tablet detects the hdd then says usb is damaged try to reformat. I scan and repair the hdd on my laptop ,then try the same setup with my galaxy s3 and the phone will mount and read it with no problem.However if I try to reconnect to the tablet It will repeat the same problem.

Hello and welcome to the forums . Was the SD card installed and do you have the correct drivers installed

I don't know how to install drivers on a tablet .I didnt even think about the sd card I had in but I removed it and it was able to read the hdd.Thank you I never would have thought of that.

New problem, may be the driver .The tablet will detect the hdd then while mounting the drive, freeze then restart after 2-3 min.
