Hello. You might try powering off the phone and then remove it's battery. After a minute replace the battery and reboot the phone. Often a hard reboot will clear such a problem.
You might actually have a short in the wiring of your head phone jack. If so, I would suggest taking to a local and reputable repair shop. If it's under warranty, you might consider having the phone replaced if rebooting isn't your fix. Best of luck.
