I started having a problem with headphone jack S7 edge last week. Earphones would only work in the left side. I thought my earphones were broken, so I checked on another device both ear pieces work fine. I put my aux cable into the jack in the car, only the left stereos in the car work even tho when I turn on the radio both right and left stereos work.
I checked the phone's sound settings, bass treble instrumental and vocal are all centered. Equalizer is at normal. (Picture Screenshot_20160514-162618.png Screenshot_20160514-162618.png enclosed.) Screenshot_20160514-162618.png Screenshot_20160514-162610.png

Help? How can I get both sides of earphone to work?

    Thanks.

It could be a physical connection problem between the female connector on your phone and your headphone jack. As a long shot, try blowing out the Jack opening using compressed air, just in case some form of debris is blocking the connection.
