    Hi there,

I need some help with my headset settings. When I plug in my headset there are still sounds coming from the speaker on the phone rather than just coming from the headset...I'll have it plugged in and those around me hear when I get a new email or message.

How can I change this? Please help! It's annoying those around me :p

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have this issue as well and it is super frustrating.

There is no DSP manager on the Note. The only setting available to make your sound come out of your speaker is for the dock. Best guess, you have a faulty headphone jack that needs replacing.

I have had three phones replaced from att for this issue. This is leading me to believe it is not a faulty headphone jack just a horrible job of sound management by samsung i guess i will just have to live with it since it seems there is no fix.
