If you want the nexus one home screen (but more customisable) with the 3d app drawer etc, download helixlauncher 2, its really good!

EDIT: its on the android market: "Helixlauncher 2"

Helixlaucher is awesome and a good alternative, I've been using Helixlauncher and Helixlauncher 2 for quite a while on the N1, it's brilliant and supports live wallpapers unlike other home alternative programs.

What are these? Do they replace Sense?

It doesn't replace sense, but it replaces the sense UI homescreen with one taken from the nexus one (with added features).

Its got nothing on sense tbh. The apps list looks cool, but I don't even use it, having arranged my apps with apps organizer anyway.

I'm still using Sense, but when I get bored of it, I'll switch to helixlanucher to mix it up a bit!

Yeah, its still in beta to be fair to the dev too. If he gets the opening an app transitions on i'd be more inclined to use it.

No, you'll have to install Gallery3D.apk separately.
