I recently bought a bluetooth Headset to talk without holding my phone and everytime I get connected (after it's paired) I get the following error message and it prompts me to force close. I have a VS660. :thinking:

the process has stopped unexpectedly message while trying to connect bluetooth

I called Verizon to try and figure out the problem and they didn't have any solutions from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.

I don't want to have to do a Master Reset. This would be the 3rd one since I purchased the phone in December 2010.

Having the same issues and the local verizon store's "solution" was to exchange my motorola H730 headset. So much for that "solution". Anyone found a cure that works?
