Hi,
I just got the Xoom, but I've had Droid x since January. Love it love it love it and I'm never going back to an apple product ever again. I did have an iPod touch, and it was pretty cool. I didnt realize how limiting it was until I got my DX. My boyfriend and I go in circles about Apple vs. android and he's actually fairly upset I got the Xoom. I love it though and that's all that matters, right?

My only complaint so far is this terrible lag while typing in the browser. Can anyone point me to something that might help? It's a bit of a drag to be honest.

Is your Xoom running Android 3.0.1 or 3.1? Mine is running 3.1 and I don't seem to have a problem with lag. Things you might try to remedy the lag are to install a different keyboard or possibly a different browser.

I have 3.1, and I've tried other keyboards. This is going to sound ridiculous, but how/where do I get another browser? I'm not even sure I know what browser I have now...

I like to think I'm fairly competitent when it comes to tech, but i am very new to tablets and tablet OS's.
