Hello, I'm New Here

Hello to everyone here at AndroidForums. My name is Rich and this is my first post. Although I've been having trouble with my LG Volt, I didn't want to just sign up and say "Help Me!" so I decided to say hi first. I've had an LG Volt through Virgin Mobile for the last year or two and for the most part it's functioned well, but there have been numerous issues lately. Can anyone suggest which forum I should use to request advice, and what information I should provide up-front? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
